Orders

Customers can review product details, prices and delivery terms and place an order through the website. An order is accepted once it has been confirmed by the store.

Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under consumer law, customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

Custom-made or clearly personalised goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
