Returns & Exchanges

Every Modernista Art piece is created and packed with care. We understand, however, that a return or exchange may occasionally be necessary.

Returns

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact smile@modernista.bg with your order number and the item you would like to receive instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

Handmade and Personalised Products

Small variations in colour, texture and detail are a natural feature of handmade work and are not considered defects. Custom-made or personalised products may not be eligible for return except where defective or otherwise required by law.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect. Please contact us before sending any return.
