Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery where the statutory right of withdrawal applies. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Handle every Modernista Art piece with care. Keep items away from prolonged direct sunlight, humidity, impact, perfume and aggressive chemicals.

For decor and sculptural objects, dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. For wearable pieces and accessories, avoid washing decorative elements unless care instructions are specifically provided. Store pieces separately to protect surfaces and details.

Each order is packed carefully to protect the piece during domestic or international delivery. Fragile, sculptural and decorative items are wrapped with reinforced protective materials, while wearable pieces are prepared to preserve their surface and details.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact us as soon as possible.
